Fresh healthy homemade Mango Ice-cream

In this hot summer try something different and mouth watering stuff like ice-creams but this is the home made ice cream so this is very tasty and very natural without any preservatives so go for this recipe.

Fresh Mango Ice-cream


For this recipe you need some fresh alphonsos and some fresh crem to make this ice cream .This recipe is made with the goodness of mango , cream , milk and sugar and the scooppfull of this brings a precious smile on your face.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chopped Alphonso mango
juice of 1 Alphonso mango
200 gms fresh cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar

some honey to decorate

Method:


  1. Set your freezer of the refrigerator at the highest point for one hour in advance.
  2. Keep aside a few mango pieces for decoration. Mix the remaining chopped mango, mango juice and sugar very well.
  3. Beat the cream lightly and add the beaten cream and milk to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice trays. The layer of an ice-cream mixture should not be more than 12 mm. thick.
  5. Put the trays in the freezer compartment and don't put a tray over another tray or over ice cubes.
  6. The ice-cream will be almost fully set in 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the refrigerator).
  7. At this stage, remove the frozen mixture into a bowl.
  8. Decorate with the remaining mango slices and drop some honey over ice-cream and serve immediately.
