Fresh healthy homemade Mango Ice-cream

In this hot summer try something different and mouth watering stuff like ice-creams but this is the home made ice cream so this is very tasty and very natural without any preservatives so go for this recipe.

Fresh Mango Ice-cream


For this recipe you need some fresh alphonsos and some fresh crem to make this ice cream .This recipe is made with the goodness of mango , cream , milk and sugar and the scooppfull of this brings a precious smile on your face.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chopped Alphonso mango
juice of 1 Alphonso mango
200 gms fresh cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar

some honey to decorate

Method:


  1. Set your freezer of the refrigerator at the highest point for one hour in advance.
  2. Keep aside a few mango pieces for decoration. Mix the remaining chopped mango, mango juice and sugar very well.
  3. Beat the cream lightly and add the beaten cream and milk to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into ice trays. The layer of an ice-cream mixture should not be more than 12 mm. thick.
  5. Put the trays in the freezer compartment and don't put a tray over another tray or over ice cubes.
  6. The ice-cream will be almost fully set in 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the refrigerator).
  7. At this stage, remove the frozen mixture into a bowl.
  8. Decorate with the remaining mango slices and drop some honey over ice-cream and serve immediately.

Fresh ready to make mango lassi

MANGO LASSI

The drink consist of mango as known and plain yogurt to give a tangy and different taste to the new mango smoothie .It is very useful in hot in hot summer days and helps you from sun stroke .
this drink is very easy and simple to make and serve .

yield:

4-5 persons.

Ingredients:

5 mangoes peeled, seeded and diced properly.
5 cups plain and fresh yogurt.
3 tbsp honey.
2-1/2 cups crushed ice.
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
6-7 mint leaves for garnishing.

Instruction:

Add peeled mangoes,fresh yogurt and honey in a blender and mix until smooth.
For sweetness add honey and cardamom powder and again mix well.
For frozen consistency add crushed ice until smooth.
Now served with mint leaves for cool and refreshing look.

In the season of mangoes there are many drinks and smoothies related to mangoes and these drinks are truly refreshing and are very natural and preserving so if  you made this type of drinks in morning then you can take the taste of these drinks whole day .

 This is the mango passion fruit smoothie and this drink is also called as batido de mango y maracuya,the main ingredient of this drink is mangoes .We gonna also use some other ingredients like lime juice ,passion fruit juice,honey and ice cubes.This drink is very good in taste as well as for health because the ingredients used to make this drinks are mostly filled with vitamin C,calcium and iron.The passion fruit of 100 gm have 97 calories and this fruit have fibre and fibre are good in removal of cholesterol so we need to consume this drinks.
The other fruit is mango which have many good effects of consumption on consuming mangoes you can fight cancer and in regular diet can improve your digestion and for the pregnant ladies its the awesome fruit, it cures anaemia and the most bizarre disease of  teenage ACNE this fruit cures acne in consumption of low in regular diet.

MANGO PASSION FRUIT SMOOTHIE OR BATIDO DE MANGO Y MARACUYA 



YIELD-4-6 persons
INGREDIENTS: 
  • 10 to 12 ounces of fresh mango slices,depends on mango variety
  • 1 ½ cup passion fruit pulp, unsweetened (use frozen packs if you don’t have access to fresh passion fruits)
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups of water, adjust based on how thick you want the smoothie – can also replace with milk 
  • honey or sweetener - depends on your taste or sweetness 
  • Ice as needed

 To garnish:

Slices of lime 
  • Instructions:
  • Place the mango slices, passion fruit concentrate, lime juice, water(milk) in a blender. Mix until smooth.
  • For sweetness add honey.
  • For a slushy o frozen treat consistency add ice and crush until smooth.
  • Serve the passion fruit mango smoothies garnished with lime slices.
