Fresh ready to make mango lassi

MANGO LASSI

The drink consist of mango as known and plain yogurt to give a tangy and different taste to the new mango smoothie .It is very useful in hot in hot summer days and helps you from sun stroke .
this drink is very easy and simple to make and serve .

yield:

4-5 persons.

Ingredients:

5 mangoes peeled, seeded and diced properly.
5 cups plain and fresh yogurt.
3 tbsp honey.
2-1/2 cups crushed ice.
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
6-7 mint leaves for garnishing.

Instruction:

Add peeled mangoes,fresh yogurt and honey in a blender and mix until smooth.
For sweetness add honey and cardamom powder and again mix well.
For frozen consistency add crushed ice until smooth.
Now served with mint leaves for cool and refreshing look.
